Sun Protection Factor 30 is advised to use when you go in the sun.  This cream is fragrance free and can be used by the whole family.  It comes in a handy tube that does not get full of sand and it fits in hand luggage when you travel this summer.  It contains Green Rooibos extract and is formulated to protect against the UVA and UVB rays of the sun.

Never forget to apply your sun cream at least 30 minutes before you go outside - do not skip a spot.  Re-apply when you have been in the water or if you are sweating a lot.  In general, re-apply sun cream within 60 - 120 minutes.

A higher SPF does not mean that you can be in the sun longer - it only filters out more sunrays.
